摘要
报道了以二甲酚橙 (XO)为显色剂 ,在表面活性剂溴代十六烷基吡啶 (CPB)存在下 ,应用双峰双波长法测定镧的新方法。实验结果表明 :在PH =8.6的NH3.H2 O -NH4 Cl的缓冲溶液中 ,其最大吸收峰为 6 13nm ,负峰为 4 5 5nm ,正负峰的吸光度绝对值之和与镧的浓度线性相关。镧的质量浓度在 0 - 2 5ug/ 5 0ml范围内符合比尔定律 ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε6 13,4 55高达 1.71× 10 5L .mol- 1.cm- 1。是单波长分光光度法 (ε6 10 =1.0 2×10 5)的 1.6 7倍。该方法已用于活性炭负载催化剂中镧含量的测定。
A new dual-wavelength spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of lanthanum with XO and CPB in NH 3.H 2O-NH 4Cl buffer medium at PH=8.6.The measuring and reference wavelengths are 610nm and 475 nm respectively. The apparent absorptivity is 1.5×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 ,which is 1.5 times than by single wavelength spectrophotometric method. Beer's Law is obeyed in the range 0-25ug/50ml for La. It has been applied to the direct determination of La in active carbon based catalysts with satisfactory results.
