摘要
对某高SiO2 低CaO铜钴氧化矿电炉还原熔炼的渣型进行了研究。加入 4 0 %的CaO后 ,所得炉渣不仅具有良好的流动性 ,而且还具有较好的导电性 ,有利于渣与合金的分离和电炉熔炼的顺利进行。结果表明 :配入 30 %~ 4 0 %的CaO和 8%的焦粉 ,在 15 5 0℃下进行还原熔炼 ,铜钴矿中的有价金属均可以得到很好的综合回收。
The characters of slag produced by reductive smelting in arc furnace for treating copper and cobalt ore with high SiO 2 and low CaO content were studied. During the experiments, limestone was added, which was 40% of the ore's weight. The slag had good fluidness and conductance, this was helpful to separate alloy from slag and carry out arc-melting experiments. Results shown that the valuable metal in the ore could be recovered by reductive smelting at 1 550℃ with adding 30%~40% CaO and 8% coke.
