摘要
提出了各种化学元素成为有利于生命过程的生物高分子活性中心元素至少需要满足的八个条件 :不能与环境中的OH-和大量Cl-发生沉淀 ;不能与各种有机酸和酰酮基团等过分络合 ;不能同氨基酸单体过分亲合 ;不能与生物蛋白分子中大量的酰胺基团过分络合 ;此外 ,有益于生命的元素离子还不能先同体内的—SH基团作用。本文还根据金属离子和不同基团的络合能力把各种元素分为有益元素群和有毒元素群 ,为从元素角度分析病因提供了原始科学依据。
The prerequisite of each chemical element favorable to life process is proposed in this paper. The life helpful element ion has the character of which must not be deposited in the circumstance where there are large numbers of OH - and Cl - in human body. It can't complex with all kinds of organic acid and acylacetone, if not, the activity of the ion will fall down enormously, even lose completely. The excessive interaction between various amino acids, acylamina and life helpful element ions is forbidden for the same reason. In addition, the life helpful element ions shouldn't react with -SH, in order to maintain the rigidity of protein structure in both organs and tissues.
