THE SEPARATION/COMBINATION OF POWER SYSTEM MODEL BASED ON CIM

摘要 通过简单介绍IEC 61970标准的公共信息模型 (CIM)以及基于CIM/XML文件的互操作试验 ,阐明了将电力系统模型进行拆分和合并的意义 ,给出了基于CIM的电力系统模型拆分 /合并的原则和方法。规定拆分应以厂站为最小的拆分单位 ,拆分出的几个模型之间可以有关联和部分重叠 ,模型的信息不能丢失。根据对实际系统的测试 ,这种方法是可行的 。 The significance of the separation/combination of CIM/XML based power system models is illustrated in terms of brief introduction to the IEC61970 standard and the interoperability tests. The principle and method of the separation/combination are proposed. The specification defines that the smallest separate unit is Substation, the separated models have relationship and overlap, and none of the information loses. The proposed separation/combination method is feasible through the test on real system. However, it is expected to be recognized by other experts and to be validated by interoperability tests.
