摘要
介绍了在换热器制造过程中 ,应用射线检测技术 ,对管子与管板连接焊缝进行检测 ,控制管子与管板连接焊缝的质量 ,降低管口泄漏率 ,进而提高换热器总体质量。阐述了管子—管板焊缝检测中存在的问题 。
The article described the application the RT method to examination the welds between the tube and tubesheet. Thus we can control the quality of the welds between the tube and tubesheet, decrease the leakage of the tube and enhance the quality of heat exchanger. The article described detail of the problem, solution method and improved direction in the examination of the weld between the tube and tubesheet. And the necessity of establishing the standard and code for examination the weld between the tube and tubesheet.
