摘要
论述壳体带膨胀节的固定管板换热器 ,因其膨胀节破坏而失效的修复方案 ,针对不同的结构形式给出相应的更换膨胀节方法 ,通过设计计算确定相关件的结构尺寸 ,采用合理的工艺方法修复 ,使失效的换热器在不解体的情况下快速恢复使用功能 。
This article gave an account of the overhauling precept for disabled expansion joint of fixed-tubesheet type heat exchanger, aimed at different structure, gave corresponding method of replacing the disabled expansion joint, through designing calculation decide the structure dimension of correlative part. Adopt reliable procedure to overhaul it, make the heat exchanger quickly comeback the operating function at the situation of not to disassembly the heat exchanger. We illustrated the feasibility of this procedure.
