摘要
随着我国教育体制改革的不断深入,社会对于人才的需求情况也发生了很大的变化.我国的职业教育肩负着为社会输送第一线高素质劳动者的重任,高质量的教育源于高素质的教师,我们结合师范院校的化工教学,在教学内容和教学形式上进行改革,以期达到为中等职业学校培养合格教师的目的.
With the deepnest of the reform of ewnomic structure,the needs of talentsin our country has changed a lot.And the resporuisibitity of providing highguality workers has fallen on vocational schooling's shoulders.Highguality pducation sourles from highguality educators.Therefore,combining chemical education of teacher training college,we should reform the contents and the forms of courses,so as to develop highqualified teachers for secondary vocational schools.
