摘要
对普通高校女生和体育院系女生的铅球投掷过程进行对比实验,确定出普通高校女生最佳出手角的分布范围和特点,从而为普通高校女生铅球投掷教学和课余训练提供参考依据和改进方向。
Comparative experiment was made in teaching process of shot putting in female students of general colleges and universities as well as those of the physical education institutes and departments. The range of the best angle of release and characteristics in shot putting for the female students of general colleges and universities were made sure so as to provide gist for reference and direction for improvement in shot put teaching and in training after class of the female students in general colleges and universities.
