摘要
本文研究了非离子表面活性剂Tween-80存在下,锡与邻氯苯基萤光酮的适宜显色反应条件。结果表明,在0.50~1.25mol/L硫酸介质中,Sn(N)与O-CI-PF、Tween-80形成一稳定橙色配合物。其最大吸收在510nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.68×10~5,锡量在0~12.5μg/25mL范围内符合比耳定律。显色反应具有较好的选择性,尤其可允许大量的AI(Ⅲ)存在。用于直接测定铝合金中的痕量锡。
The colour reaction of Sn(Ⅳ) with o-chlorophenylfluoronein the presence of Tween-80 was studied. Sn(Ⅳ), O-CI-PF and Tween-80 form a stable orange complex in 0.5~1.25 mol/L H_2SO_4 medium, The maximum absorption of the complex is at 510 nm and apparent molarabsorptivity is 1.68×10~5. Beer' s law is obeyed in the range of 0~12.5 μg/25 mL of Sn. The reaction has good selectivity and permit the existence of a large number of Al (Ⅲ). The method was successfully applied to the direct determination of Sn in alloy aluminum.
