摘要
本文报导了66尾池养尼罗罗非鱼(Tilapia nilotica)血液中的红细胞数、白细胞数、血红蛋白值、红细胞脆性值、比积及血液比重值、血细胞沉降率、白细胞分类计数和血细胞大小等正常值以及上述常数值雌雄个体差异和繁殖季节前后差异等变化规律,为尼罗罗非鱼血液常数值提供了较为系统的资料。
During the years of 1987～1989, blood samples were taken from 66((?)30, (?)36)individuals of Tilapia nilotica. The blood indices, such as the number of red and white blood cell (RBC and WBC) per unit volume, heamoglobin content(Hb), blood specific gravity (BSG), erythrocyte osmotic fragility (Eof), haematocrit (Ht), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), differential leukocyte count (DLC) and the normal size (long diameter×short diameter) of the blood cells were investigated. The RBC, WBC, Hb and Ht values are evidently greater in male than those in female and on the contrary, the ESR (in 120 min) and the BSG values are greater in female than those in male. Eosinophil leukocyte and basophil leukocyte appear in the bllod film of adult fish. The result indicates that the blood indices of the fish as the value of RBC, WBC, and Ht are variable in the reproductive stage. Under ordinary condition, there is only slight difference in all of there indices among individuals of the same species. Therefore, they may be used as the normal physological indices for this pond rearing fish.
