摘要
研究了一种可重用的电火花线切割机的仿真系统 ,能用于各种线切割机的数控系统和自动编程系统中 ,能接受不同机床、不同形式的数控代码 ,对数控代码进行语法检查及零件尺寸、位置、加工行程等校验 ,最后形成三维真实感零件和动态加工过程。
This paper studies a re-usable simulating system for WEDM machine tools, it can be used in the numerical control systems or auto-programming systems of various kinds of WEDM machine tools. It can receive the NC codes of the different forms from the different machines, it can be used to check the size, position, trail limits of the parts and to grammar check, the 3D parts and the dynamical virtual machining process can be realized by it. The paper emphasize the simulating realization of the dynamical virtual machining process.
