摘要
文章通过讨论楼面地价的定义,提出了楼面地价比的概念,并在此基础上导出利用楼面地价比来计算在多用途楼宇中各楼层、各部位的地价分摊方法,并详细地说明了该方法的计算过程。新的方法具有操作简便,理论合理的特点。
In this paper, the notion of the floor_value ratio is defined by disussing the definition of floor_value.Based on this notion, the means of calculating the land_value of each floor and each apartment in multi_purpose building is exceeded by using the floor_value ratio method. And the calculating process is explained in detail. The new means used simple and its theory is rational.
