摘要
设计了一种组合排种盘式精密排种器 ,分析了充种过程中种子相对排种盘的运动轨迹 ,并依此进行了排种盘的型孔设计 .该排种器采用了由型孔盘、垫片和圆盘组成的组合式排种盘 ,型孔深度可调 ,对种子尺寸变化有较强的适应能力 .进入型孔中的多余的种子 ,依靠自身重力作用从型孔中自动流出 ,不需设置专门的清种机构 ,有效地解决了由此而产生的种子损伤 。
A Precision seed-feeding device, with combined disc harge plate was designed. The locomotion track of the seeds related to the seed plate was analyzed, and the holes in the seed plate were designed accordingly. It employed a combined discharge plate made up of the hole plate, shim and disc, with the depth of the holes adjustable, thus adaptable to the different sizes of the seeds. Relying on their own gravity, the surplus seeds, which went into the holes, can flow out automatically without an individual mechanism of clearing seeds, so that the seed-feeding device can eliminate the probability of crushing seeds into pieces, and reduce the rate of discharge crushing.
