摘要
根据《西北农林科技大学学报 (社会科学版 )》创刊两年中“农业、农村、农民问题研究”栏目的编辑实践认为 :“三农”问题研究栏目的编辑意识包括编辑不仅要有比较娴熟的业务技能、光荣的社会责任感、超前的创造性思维能力、强烈的时代意识和综合导向能力 ,表现在编辑策划栏目论文的质量和学术水平上 。
Based on the editorial experiences of the column about problems of peasants,countryside and agriculture from the Journal of Northwest Sci-Tech University of Agriculture and Forestry (social sciences),the author pointed out that the editorial consciousness not only includes the professional proficiency,social responsibility initiative thinking and strong consciousness and comprehensive guiding ability reflected in the column planning paper's quality and academic level,but also includes the spirit to make constant studies and the consciousness to deal properly with the relation between innovation and risks.
