摘要
网络环境下的信息服务使现代高校图书馆在工作方式和内容上发生了重大变化。图书馆必须研究由此而产生的服务方式、服务对象和服务内容等的变化特点及其规律 ,建立与之相适应的信息服务模式 ,探讨满足网络环境下信息服务的对策和措施 。
Information service of network environment is an important change of working means and contents of modern universities library in web time. Library must research new characters and law of service means, service targets and service contents and so on produced by it. Build up model of information service suitable to it. Probe into tactics and measures which can statistics information service of web time so as to enhance service quality and level of university library in new era.
