摘要
本文从技术创新的概念出发 ,探讨技术创新的本质特征 ,指出它既是一种技术行为 ,也是一种经济行为。我国当前企业的技术创新工作还很落后 ,存在一系列问题 ,针对这些问题提出了一些在技术创新方面的有效对策。
This paper expounds the main connotation of technology innovation,and analyzes the main contents of enterprises innovation,then analyzes the major problem facing the enterprises,and puts forward some counterˉmeasures.
