This is a new trend of circulation featuring on deepening reform of circulation system, developing modern circulation mode, improving and standardize market economy order, perfecting credit system of market economy, breaking industry monopoly and area blockage and promoting goods and essential factors of production to how freely in national market, etc. In order to neet the demands of developing market eocnomy deeply and widely and build comfortable society all sidedly, we must innovate circulation pattern continuously, and make it develop to circulation industry quickly.
