摘要
本文对 5个玉米样品在不同温度下储藏后的发芽率、脂肪酸值、降落值和粘度进行了测定 ,并分析研究了在不同温度储藏各品质指标与储藏时间之间的关系。结果表明 :低温储藏 (0℃ )下玉米的品质变化小 ,而高温储藏 (4 0℃ )对其品质影响较大。在高温储藏条件下 ,玉米的发芽率和粘度与储藏时间呈负相关 。
The quality indexes such as germination,fatty acid value,falling number and viscosity of corn in different storage temperature were determined,and then the relationship between the quality indexes and storage time were investigated.The results showed that the change of corn quality was not significant at low temperature(0℃),but obvious in high storage temperature(40℃).Under high storage temperature condition,the germination and viscosity have a negative relationship with storage time,but fatty acid value and falling number have a positive relationship with storage time.
