摘要
本文通过对国内外粮食安全的概念和内涵进行比较研究 ,提出符合中国国情的粮食安全概念及含义 ,并把粮食安全划分为三个等级 ,指出粮食安全有长期安全与短期安全、宏观安全与微观安全、生产安全与流通安全三种类型 ,对粮食安全的历史性、地域性。
The concept and intension of grain safety at home and abroad were Compared.The concept and meaning of grain safety tallying with the national situation was proposed,and grain safey was differentiated into 3 grades.Three types of grain safety were pointed out,such as long and short safety,macroscopic and microcomic safety,production and circulation safety.The historic,regional,fluctuation and systematic characteristics of grain safety were also analysed in this paper.
