摘要
对IGBT缓冲电路设计进行了分析。阐述了缓冲电路的功能与关键元件参数值的选择 ,建立了Pspice仿真软件下的缓冲电路模型并对其进行仿真试验。所有的主要元件的参数仿真试验结果与实际试验结果非常一致。试验证明IGBT模块在缓冲电路的保护下可以很好的工作 ,同时Pspice仿真软件对于电路设计有着很好的指导作用 。
The design of the buffer circuit of the IGBT is studied. The function of the buffer circuit and choice of the main parts are all introduced. A schematic drawing of the circuit is built in the Pspice format and simulated. All the main parts of the circuit are simulated and the result of the simulation is coincident with the factor. This paper shows that the IGBT could work well with the buffer circuit and the simulation with the software of Pspice is significative for the design of the circuit.
