摘要
预测缩孔缺陷产生是铸件凝固模拟的主要目的。研究铸件凝固模拟液态孤立多熔池动态判定方法及缩孔预测模型 。
Shrinkage cavity predication is main purpose of casting simulation. Dynamic determination method of liquid isolated multiple molten pool and shrinkage cavity predication model have been studied. As a result of experiment examination and simulation, it is proved that the above method can improve the predication accuracy of defects.
