摘要
针对ZA2 7合金的凝固特性 ,建立了两相流凝固模型 ,用phoenics软件在三维柱坐标系中建模 ,用有限差分法离散。计算结果与试验结果基本吻合 ,表明该凝固模型能较好地模拟比重偏析现象。
The two phase flowing model was built on the basis of the solidification characteristic of ZA27 alloy. 3D cylindrical polar coordination system was set up by means of phoenics software and finity differential thermal analysis method. The calculating result showed that it fit for the experiment result, and would simulate weightiness proportion segregation phenomena truly.
