摘要
数值模拟技术应用于双金属复合弯管研制 ,可及时发现原始设计的缺陷 ,为修改设计提供理论依据。应用该技术成功地制造出高铬铸铁 /16Mn钢双金属复合弯管 ,同时解决弯管的耐磨性和可焊性间的矛盾问题。
The numerical simulation technology is applied on the development of double metal composite bend pipes. So that the defects of original design are found in time by simulation of the cast process of double metal composite bend pipes, and the theory basis is presented for updating design. The double metal composite bend pipe of high Cr iron/16 Mn steel is produced, so the confliction problems between wear resistance and jointing of bend pipe is solved.
