摘要
为了解锂离子动力电池的充放电特性,评价其在电动车辆上的使用性能,对锂离子动力电池进行了充放电试验测试。基于实验结果,对锂离子动力电池的工作电压、工作电压下降速率和温升等工作特性进行了研究和详细分析,同时对锂离子动力电池单元间的工作一致性进行了分析评价。锂离子动力电池能够比较好的满足电动车辆的使用特性,但是对于锂离子动力电池的温升问题和深放电情况下的电池一致性问题在使用中应该予以考虑。
To understand the charge and discharge characteristics of Liion battery and evaluate its application on electric vehicles, the charging and discharging experiments of Liion battery were done according to the special requirement of electric vehicle.The charge and discharge characteristics of Liion battery were studied and analyzed with their curves based on the experiment results.Liion battery consistency was evaluated and analyzed.As a conclusion, Liion battery could satisfy the demand of electric vehicle,but the battery temperature rise in the discharge process and consistency at the deep discharge stage needed to be taken into account.
