摘要
活性二氧化锰生产中,采用平行加料和恒酸度氧化工艺代替歧化氧化分步法工艺,使硫酸消耗量减少60%,氯酸钠减少7%,废水减少60%~70%,产品性能有所提高。结合末端治理技术可达到节能降耗、回收利用和无害化的目的。
In the process of activated manganese dioxide production, parallel feeding and oxidation technology with constant acid value were applied to take the place of disproportionation and oxidation processes. Thus the consumption of sulfuric acid, sodium chlorate and waste water could reduce 60% , 7% and 60%~70% respectively.Combined with the endofprocess treatment,this technique could save energy,reduce consumption,recycle raw materials and reduce the harm of waste solid.
