摘要
提出了基于灰色关联度的可靠性灰色评价模型。阐述了灰色分析法进行车辆大修可靠性评价的方法,研究了分辨系数对关联度的分辨作用及权重对关联度大小的影响。实例验证结果表明,灰色关联分析方法应用于可靠性评价是有效的、可行的。该方法与文献[1]提出的模糊综合评判法相比,人为因素少,充分利用了故障统计数据,其方法简便,易于计算机实现。
The reliability gray evaluation model based on degree of gray association is presented.The vehicle over-haul reliability evaluation method using the gray analysis method is introduced,and the identification function of the iden-tification coefficient on the degree of association and the effect of weights on the degree of association are studied.It is shown by instances that application of the gray association analysis method in reliability evaluation is valid and practica-ble.Compared to the fuzzy synthesis estimation method,this method has few human factors,fully uses trouble statistics data,is easy to use and is ready to realize with computers.
