摘要
采用分选—焙烧—酸浸联合法进行废电池的处理。首先将废干电池分选、破碎,通过焙烧其内含物达到减量化处理(减量率约为50%),同时去除汞元素,再采用盐酸进行酸浸,滤液采用不同的化学反应,制备出ZnS,NH_4CL,MnO_2等产品,并测出其提取率。由于滤渣中仍存在及少量的重金属,故采用水泥固化处理。
Waste battery is disposed by combining separating-incineration-pickling. The weight decrement rate by incineration is about 50% with removal of Hg element The pickling with chlorhydric acid is second process. Utilizing different chemical reaction, the filtrate is fashioned into various products, such as ZnS, NH4C1 and MnO2. The extraction efficiency is also measured. The filter cake is disposed with the cement solidification because of heavy metal residue.
