摘要
本文通过对改善聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)表面粘接性能的表面改性和处理方法的分析,论述了该方法用于纳米聚四氟乙烯表面改性的可行性,提出了长链烷基醇、烷基硼酸酯和烷基硼烷可用于纳米聚四氟乙烯的表面改性的设想,改性后的纳米聚四氟乙烯应该具有良好的分散稳定性和摩擦学性能。
On the basis of the feasibility analysis of surface treatment and surface modification methods, which are used to improve the adhesive ability of PTFE, long-chain alkanol, alkyl borate ester and alkyl borane may be chosen as surface modification substances for nano PTFE. The modified nano PTFE is expected to have good dispersing stability and tribological properties.
