摘要
研究了桃蚜传播小西葫芦黄化花叶病毒新疆株的规律 ,结果表明 ,无毒蚜虫能够获毒的最短取食时间为 30s,获毒率随取食时间的延长而提高 ,取食时间为 70s以上时 ,获毒率达10 0 % ;带毒蚜虫传毒的最短取食时间为 0 .2 5h ,当取食时间超过最短传毒时间时 ,传毒率随取食时间的增加而升高 ,取食时间达 2h以上时 ,传毒率达 10 0 % ;带毒蚜虫能够传毒的最少头数为 1头 ,传毒率随单株植物带毒蚜虫数目的增加而升高 ,单株虫量达 15头以上时 ,传毒率达 10 0 % .
The research of regularity for the transmission of zucchini yellow mosaic virus XJ(ZYMV XJ) by Myzus persicae is carried out. 30 s is long enough for Myzus persicae to acquire ZYMV XJ from infected plants. Acquisition rate increases with longer acquisition time. As acquisition time is more than 70 s acquisition rate attains to 100%. The transmission time threshold for the aphid is 0.25 h and transmission rate increases with the time over the time threshold. As the feeding time on Cucurbita pepo of viruliferous aphid is over 2 h transmission rate is up to 100%. The virus could be transmitted even by one Myzus persicae and the transmission rate increases with the number of vectors per plant. As the number of aphid per plant is more than 15 transmission rate is up to 100%. These results indicate that Myzus persicae can transmit ZYMV XJ with high efficiency.
