摘要
质量控制体系是为保证工程质量而建立的系统。档案信息管理系统的质量控制应在档案信息管理系统建设之初就开始实施,并贯穿于系统建设的全过程。质量控制体系的建立和有效运作,是档案信息管理成功的基本保证。
The quality control system is established for the engineering quality assurance. The quality control system should be implemented at the early stage of the establishment of archives information system, and function throughout the entire process of establishments of ' global planning, application software selection and system project execution'. The establishment and effective implementation of the quality control system are critical for the success of archives information system.
