摘要
底盘用铆管机采用直线压紧、气动驱动、偏置曲柄滑块结构形式,铆头材料为Cr12MoV、硬度为45～52HRC。经过实际使用证明该铆管机结构紧凑、性能稳定、生产效率高。
The structure of linear holddown,pneumatic drive,eccentric crank block mechanism was design ed for chassis pipe-riveter.The die was made of Cr12MoV with a hardness of45～52HRC.Practices showed that the pipe-riveter had the characteristics of compact structures,stable performance and high production efficiency.
