摘要
经小脑幕下小脑上入路切除松果体区肿瘤5例,全切除和近全切除各1例,大部切除加分流术3例。指出熟悉该入路,显露优良,其最大优点为切除肿瘤时不受深静脉影响,并便于行分流术。
5 patients with tumors in the pineal region reseeted through supracere-bellar-infratentorial approach were reported.Complete resection was performed in 2cases,partial resection in the other.3 cases with shunting.The exposure is excellent.The advantages were supposed as follows:(a)the deep venous system is not affected bymeans of this procedure;(b)this approach permits easy procedure for shunting ofhydrocephalus as well.
