摘要
盾构由于闭胸和建立平衡而易产生的泥饼问题,一直困扰着盾构施工,其不仅影响盾构机选型、施工进度,严重者还影响施工安全。通过解剖典型事例,研究其成因,探讨盾构机选型方面和施工措施方面的对策,其目的是推进盾构工法的进一步优化,为我国正在蓬勃兴起的盾构事业提供借鉴。
Shield machine is inclined to produce mud cake (secondary rock) in operation because of closed chest or balance establishment. It directly influences selection of shield machine, construction schedule, and even construction safety. A typical case is studied to explore the cause of mud cake and the countermeasures of machine selection and construction method to improve construction of shield machine.
