摘要
1982年11月～1991年2月,手术治疗脑动静脉畸形共97例,其中行切除术84例,人工栓塞木11例,人工栓塞术及切除术2例。术后85例恢复良好,5例症状加重,7例死亡。本文对各种部位脑动静脉畸形的手术方法进行了讨论。
97 cases of cerebral arteriovenous malformations(AVM)were treated by surgery from November 1982 to February 1991,including excision of the AVM in 84,artificial embolization in 11,excision combined with artificial embolization in 2 Cases.Postoperatively the neurological function was fully recovered or improved in 85 cases andwas aggravated in 5 cases,7 patients died.The operative methods in various locationsof AVM were discussed.
