摘要
我国广播电视大学开展现代远程开放教育的实践中 ,以计算机网络与互联网为基础的远程教育平台的建设与应用是一项系统工程 ,涉及到教育观念的更新、使用新的教学模式、创建新的管理模式与运行机制等方面。本文从该平台建设的角度 ,探讨了计算机网络建设与应用存在的问题与对策 ;多方位联合建设网络平台的必要性与合理性 ;
In developing modern distance education for China's Radio & TV Universities, the construction and application of a distance education platform, which is based on computer network and the Internet, is a systematic project and relates to the renewal of the educational thinking, using new instructional models, creating new administrative management mechanisms, etc. In this paper, for the building and application of the platform,we discuss the problems in the network construction,the necessity and possibility to cooperate with some other universities, companies, educational organizations,and the eslablishment of new administrative organizations and management modes suited to the new environment.
