粘度是反映腈纶分子质量、分子质量分布和聚合物浓度的一项综合参数。通过对初级浆液粘度的测试和计算,建立起数学模型,利用修正的粘度值,可有效判断成品浆液的粘度,从而对粘度进行及时反映和控制。
Viscosity is a general parameter reflecting the molecular weight, molecular weight distribution, and polymer solution concentration of acrylic fiber. A mathematic model was set up through test and calculation on the viscosity of primary slurry, and the viscosity of finished slurry could be effectively determined by using the a-mended viscosity so as to reflect and control the viscosity in time.
