转BT基因抗虫棉田昆虫种群动态及综合防治研究 被引量:4

The Study for Tendency of Community and Copositive Measure of Prevention or Cure on Insect in BT Transgenic Cotton Field

摘要 1998~ 2 0 0 0年对转BT基因抗虫棉田昆虫种群动态进行了系统调查和大田普查。调查了转BT基因抗虫棉田昆虫群落的物种组成 ,共调查到昆虫种类 51种 ,比非抗虫棉田增加 1 8种。分析了转BT基因抗虫棉田昆虫群落内各类群相对多度 ,相对多度前几位的是棉蚜、烟蓟马、棉叶螨、烟粉虱和美洲斑潜蝇。转BT基因抗虫棉田其它害虫种群数量上升 ,棉铃虫种群数量下降。对物种优势度进行了分析 ,转BT基因抗虫棉田不同时期害虫的优势度随着时间的变化 ,优势度最大的昆虫依次是棉蚜、棉叶螨、美洲斑潜蝇、烟蓟马、烟粉虱等 ;天敌在各个生育期内以龟纹瓢虫和中华草蛉优势度最高。根据昆虫种群动态 。 In this study, tendency of community of insect in BT transgenic pest-r esistance cotton field were systematically investigated and widely investigated in field. The species component in BT transgenic pest-resistance field were inve stigated. 51 species of insect were found. 18 species more than that in non-pest -resistance cotton field. Relative abundance of category of insect community in BT transgenic pest-resistance cotton field were analysised. The preceding specie s on relative abundance were cotton aphid, tobacco thrips,cotton spider mite, to bacco whitefly and American leafminer. The amount of the other pest in BT transg enic pest-resistance cotton field went up while the amount of bollworm community in cotton field fell down. Dominanec of species was analysed. With change of ti me, the dominance of the insect in transgenic pest-resistance cotton field were transformed. Species of insect with largest dominance were cotton aphid, cotton spider mite, American leafminer, tobacco thrips and tobacco whitefly etc. The do minance of Propylaea japonica and Chrysopa septempunctata were the highest among nature enemy in each living state. According to the tendency of community, comp ositive measures of prevention and cure in BT transgenic pest-resistance cotton field wert offered.
