摘要
采用改进的高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基品质评分系统,对黑龙江省种植的18个小麦品种(品系)进行了HMW-GS评分。结果表明:HMW-GS评分达到强筋类的品种有6个;评分达到中筋类的品种有11个;评分为弱筋的品种有1个。
18 wheat cultivars employed in Heilongjiang province were evaluated by the improved score system of the HMW glutenin subunits . 6 wheat cultivars belonged in the type of strong gluten wheat for the score of HMW glutenin subunits ; 11 wheat cultivars belonged in the type of medium gluten wheat for the score of HMW glutenin subunits; 1 wheat cultivars belonged in the type of weak gluten wheat for the score of HMW glutenin subunits.
