摘要
动力学研究对于热解和气化系统的优化设计和良好的控制都是非常重要的。该文在综述国内外文献的基础上 ,建立一个全面的描述固定床高温热解系统的动力学模型 ,模型考虑了下列几个基本步骤 :新鲜生物质热解产生一次产品(焦油、煤气和半焦 ) ;一次焦油分解成二次产品 ;一次焦碳与煤气发生反应。利用上述模型对固定床热解系统进行了计算 ,结果表明本模型比其他动力学模型更能精确地描述固定床热解系统的动力学过程。
Kinetic knowledge is of overwhelming priority in getting a good control of pyrolysis and gasification process and accordingly in optimising system design.An overall kinetic pyrolysis scheme is therefore addressed here.The kinetic modelling incorporates with the following basic steps:the degradation of the virgin biomass materials into primary products (tar,gas and semi char),the decomposition of primary tar into secondary products and the continuous interaction between primary gas and char.The last step is disregarded completely by models in the literature.The comparison of predicted results from different kinetic schemes and experimental data in our fixed bed pyrolyser is made and found very positive to support our kinetic scheme.
