摘要
在三菱 A系列 PL C中利用 E71以太网通讯模块 ,通过 TCP/IP协议开发了一种与上位机通讯的新型编码方法 ,用组态王 6.0实现设计 ,结合实际给出了上 /下位机的通讯连接程序和编码通讯程序。经过该方法处理后 ,同样一个字节的信息量增加了 8倍 。
This paper introduces a new communication way between the upper computer and MELSEC a series of PLC using Ethernet interface module and TCP/IP protocal, and explains how to use the Kingview 6.0 to realize the communication in detail.According to the communication conditions,a communication program and a coding program were written for the upper computer and PLC.The information content of each byte transfered by using the coding method was eight times higher than by using the normal method.The new method improves information flux transfered through the internet.
