摘要
探讨医疗机构实行药品集中招标采购规范化管理的实施对策。对目前医疗机构药品集中招标存在的问题进行分析。医疗机构药品集中招标采购联合工作组人员须由一定资格人员组成 ;评标、定标应有客观的标准 ;充分利用计算机的功能 ,建立规范化的药品集中招标体系。保证药品集中招标公正、公平、公开和诚实信用的原则。
The countermeasures of standardized administration of drug purchasing by collective bidding are discussed on the basis of analyzing the existing problems. In order to insisting on the principle of justice and open and honesty credit, some measures should be taken in drug purchase through collective bidding. The personnel involved in the allied workgroup should be qualified, the impersonal score criterion should be established in assessing bidding, computer should be applied and a standardized administration system should be established.
