摘要
讨论了静电感应晶闸管中的两个耐压参数———正向阻断电压和栅—阴击穿电压 。
Two voltage resistant parameters, positively blocking voltage and gate negative puncturing voltage are discussed in this paper, then some ways are advanced to improve these parameters.
