花菜、甘蓝黑腐病菌的致病性、寄主范围及传播途径 被引量:4

Studies on Pathogenicitv,Host Range and Transmission of Black Rot Pathogen of Cauliflower and Cabbage

摘要 1986—1989年从南京、苏州、常州等市郊采集分离到花菜、甘蓝黑腐病菌,对其致病性、寄主范围及传播途径进行研究,结果表明常州花菜及甘蓝黑腐病菌致病力最弱,接种发病率分别为29.1%和47.4%,其它地区黑腐病菌接种发病率均在80%以上。在接种的5科16种植物中,黑腐病菌能侵染其中4科14种,可分为四种类型。种子带菌是黑腐病的最主要侵染源,病株花菜种子带菌率1987年为14.67%,1988年为17.31%。用0.1%强氯精浸种20分钟,消毒效果达100%。江苏省黑腐病菌存活于土中的时间不长,带菌土不是黑腐病的主要初侵染源。菜青虫(Pieris candia Sparrman)虫体带菌量为2.394×10~7CFU/克,是花菜、甘蓝生长期中黑腐病再侵染的重要媒介,菜青虫为害程度与黑腐病发生密切相关。 The pathogen of black rot of cauliflower and cabbage, Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris (Pammel) Dowson(Xc), was collected from 6 districts of Jiangsu Province, Ten isolates were derived from it and their pathogenicity, host range and transmission were studied from 1986 to 1989. The results indicated that the pathogenicity of Xc of cauliflower and cabbage from Changzhou was the weakest in the 10 isolates, and the diseased rates of inoculative point were 29. 1% and 47. 4% respectively, and those of the other isolates were more than 80%. In 16 species of 5 families inoculated with Xc, 14 species of 4 families were infected and according to situations of infection they could be divided into four types; (a)Systematic infection; (b)Local infection; (c)Symptomless local infecton; (d)No infection. The pathogen-carrying seed seems to be the most important source of primary infection. Of the seeds collected from black rot cauliflower plants in 1987-1988, 14. 67-17. 31% carried Xc. A disinfection effect of 100% was achieved by soaking seeds with 0.1% trichloroiso-cynuric acid (TCCA) for 20 minutes. In Jiangsu Xc-bearing soil cannot be the main source of primary infection because Xc cannot survive long in soil. Cabbage caterpillar ( Pieris candia Sparrman) was an important medium of subsequent infection of Xc in the growing seasons of cauliflower and cabbage. The severity of injury by cabbage caterpillar was closely related with the occurrence of black rot. The amount of Xc carried by cabbage caterpillar averaged 2. 394X107CFU/g.
