三唑类杀菌剂控制小麦纹枯病的机理研究——对小麦苗期生长和病菌附着的影响 被引量:19

摘要 三唑酮和三唑醇拌种后,小麦苗期个体矮壮,根系发达,分蘖增加;越冬期植株含糖浓度增加,0.03、0.075ai%的三唑酮、三唑醇种子处理的植株,糖浓度比对照分别增加32.34,40.82%和10.79,61.63%.分离培养结果表明,拌种后可以减少病菌在叶鞘的附着和侵染.植株提取液的抑菌生测进一步表明,三唑酮和三唑醇可以从种处区或种子中不断内吸上运,播种后100天的植株提取液仍然具有明显的抑菌力.研究认为,三唑类杀菌剂种子处理后,药剂内吸至植株体内不仅抑制病原菌的附着和侵染,而且提高植株素质,增强植株抗逆性,起到控病保产的作用. Af ter triazole seed treatment the pathogen of wheat sharp eyespot, Rhizoconia cerealis , was isolat-ed from wheat sheaths with the agar medium and its dynamics was analysed in the natural diseased field. The sheath of wheat, af ter seed-treated by triazole ,was inoculated with Rhizoctonia cerealis and observed with the light microscope or scan electron microscope. The active ingredients, extracted with acetone/dichloromethane. from wheat seed-treated by triazole were tested for the inhibition to the pathogen in vitro. The qualities of seed-treated wheat seedlings were examined, including root and tiller numbers, fresh weight and soluble sugar concentration. Observation by scan electron microscopy and light microscopy demonstrated less mycelia adhering to the leaf sheath and less infection to the plants as a result of triazole seed treatment or root treatment. Bioassay of plant extracts also showed that the extracts inhibited the growth of R. cerealis clearly in 100 days after seed treatment with triazole. After triazole seed treatment,wheat seedlings grew sturdy and short,root and tiller numbers in-creased,and the soluble sugar (glucose and fructose) concentration rose, indicating better seedling quali-ty compared to untreated controls. It is suggested that the mechanisms of controlling wheat sharp eyespot by trizole seed treatment in-clude 1. improved wheat seedling qualities, 2. inhibition or reduction of the mycelia adhering to sheaths.
