摘要
对江苏省几种作物丝核菌酯酶同工酶进行了测定,结果表明.水稻纹枯病菌、玉米纹枯病菌和大豆纹枯病菌同属立枯丝核菌Rhizoctonia solani AG_(1-1A)群,谱带特征相同,具有一条主酶带,迁移率(Rf)为0.52;属于立枯丝核菌,AG_4群的棉立枯病菌也仅有一条主酶带,但迁移率为0.47.在测试的46个禾谷丝核菌R.cerealis CAG_1群菌株(大、小麦纹枯病菌菌株分别为12个和34个)中,其酯酶谱带特征基本相同,均有2—4条主酶带,其主酶带迁移率分布在0.39—0.77之间,但菌株间存在一定的差异.禾谷丝核菌AGC_1群1个菌株(小麦纹枯病菌),其迁移率在0.49—0.73之间有4条相近的主酶带,但着色颜色较浅.3个立枯丝核菌AG_5群菌株(大、小麦纹枯病菌分别为1个和2个)的谱带特征相同,有二条着色较浅的主酶带,迁移率分别为0.28和0.33.可见,酯酶酶谐与菌丝融合群的关系较为密切,不同作物来源的同一融合群菌株具有相似的谱带.
The esterase isoenzymes of Rhizoctonia isolates from six crops were compared by polycralamide
gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the esterase patterns were closely related to the species and
anastomosis groups (AG) of the Rhizoctonia isolates,but insignificantly to the crop species.
Three isolates of AG1-1A of R. solani from rice,maize and soybean demonstrated the same esterase patterns containing one main band of Rf (rate of flow) 0. 52 only ;the isolate of AG4 of R. solani from cotton had one main band too,but its Rf was 0. 47.
The esterase patterns of 51 isolates belonging to three AGs of Rhizoctonia from barley and wheat were determined. Among them, 12 and 34 isolates of CAG] of R. cerealis from barley and wheat had al-most the same esterase patterns which had 2 to 5 main bands distributed bet ween 0. 49 and 0. 77 of Rf. The isolate of AGC, of R. cerealis from wheat had four main bands b閠ween 0. 41 and 0. 73 of Rf, but they were weaker. Three isolates of AG5 of R. solani , one from barley and two from wheat, each had two weak esterase main bands with Rf were 0. 28 and 0. 33,respectively.
