摘要
[目的] 掌握入出境国际航行船舶的卫生状况。[方法] 对湛江港近10年来入境的国际航行大型船舶5153艘次的鼠患率,虫患率及环境卫生进行评价。[结果] 平均鼠患率6.02％,虫患率42.48％,卫生好的39.01％、中54.20％、差6.79％。经趋势检验,年度与鼠患率的关系,鼠患率呈逐年降低P=0.0004;年度与虫患率的关系,虫患率逐年降低不明显 P=0.0594;年度与卫生评价等级关系,评价等级呈逐年升高趋势P=0.0004。[结论]几年来鼠患呈逐年降低趋势,虫患降低趋势不明显,亟待研究高效、价廉、方便的杀虫药械。
This paper presents the positive rate of rats evidence and insect evidence of 5153 big ship from abroad in Zhan Jiang port for decade, and the result of sanitary evaluate . Mean positive rate of rats evidence and insect evidence is 6.02 % and 42.48% respectively. The sanitary status consist of good, middle and bad grade, and their proportion is 39.01%, 54.20%and 6.79% respectively.Tested the correlation between year and positive rate of rats evidence, year and insect evidence and show that positive rate of rats evidence is Lowering year by year(P = 0.0004). Convesely, the positive the rate of insect evidence did not lower obviously (P = 0.0549). Tested the correlation between year and grade of sanitary evaluate and show that the trend of grade of sanitary is raising year by year.
