摘要
(目的)为了解广州白云机场航空配餐的卫生状况。(方法)将1996年～1999年航空食品的卫生监督结果进行了分析。[结果]4年来抽查了4516份食品,合格4476份,合格率为99.11％。(结论)表明该口岸食品卫生状况良好,基本符合国家有关规定;但也存在着一些问题。对存在的问题提出了改进办法,同时说明口岸检验检疫局对食品卫生监督的重要性。
In order to know the hygiene condition of flight catering foods in Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, we ana-lyzed the result by hygiene supervision on flight foods from 1996 to 1999. Of all the 4516 food samples selected since 1996, the eligible samples were 4 476 and the eligible rate was 99.11%. This showed the food hygiene in the port be good and be up to National rules, but exited shortage. We bring forward improved ways to some shortage. It was impor-tant that supervising the food hygiene by port Inspection and Quarantine Bureau.
