摘要
为了解西安口岸入出境人员肝胆脾系统疾患情况,1996年1月至7月,对2901名入出境人员进行了B超检查。共查出各种疾病患者117人,总检出率4.03％;胆道结石75人,检出率2.58％;脾脏肿大21人,检出率0.72％;肾囊肿16人,检出率0.55％。同时发现巨大脾1例,未能确诊其病因,目前正在随访中。
This paper reported the disease surveillance results by BUW in 2901 persons leaving or entering Xian port from 1996.01 to 1996.07 in order to know the real situation of liver and gall sys tern diseases. 117 cases were suffers, the finding rate was 4.03 % . Among them, 75 cases werecholelithiasis suffers, the finding rate was 2.58% ; 21 cases were splenomegaly suffers, the findingrate was 0.75% ; 1 case was gigantic spleen suffer, the cause of disease can not be found so far,now this case is visited at all the time.
