摘要
通过分光光度法检测由已糖激酶等多酶促反应偶联NAOPH+H^+形成量来测定植物组织光合产物蔗糖、淀粉含量,具有专一性强,抗干扰、灵敏度高等优点。本文对上述测定方法的基本原理,酶促反应,操作程度作了详细介绍。并结合测定实侧讨论了使用此方法的技术要点。
The general principle and procedure of a method for determining sucrose and starch in plant tissues based on spectrophotometric assay of enzymetic-couple formed NADPH+H^+ were described. The method shows favorable sensitivity and specialization. Also, notes and applications were presented.
