他汀类药物的非降脂作用研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 目的 :介绍他汀类药物非降脂作用对心血管系统的保护作用。方法 :通过综合国外文献资料特别是大规模、多中心、随机、对照临床研究资料。结果 :他汀类药物通过刺激内皮细胞合成与释放NO、降低白细胞的粘附、抗栓等作用产生心血管的保护作用。临床研究发现 ,他汀类药物能显著减少心血管事件的发生 ,降低PCI后血管再狭窄的发生率。结论 :他汀类药物具有独立于降脂作用以外的心血管保护作用。因此 ,对血脂正常的高危心血管疾病患者应常规使用他汀类药物。
